Open new tabs at the end

1. Type or paste about:config in the address bar.
2. Type or paste curr in the search box.
3. Set browser.tabs.insertAfterCurrent to false (this should be the default).
4. Set browser.tabs.insertRelatedAfterCurrent to false.
