Enable Numlock on Login in Plasma

1. Open System Settings.
2. Under Input & Output, click on Keyboard.
3. Set NumLock on Plasma Startup to Turn on from the dropdown menu.
4. Go to System Settings > Colors & Themes > Login Screen (SDDM)
5. Cick Apply Plasma Settings at the top: the login manager will now inherit the keyboard configuration.
