  1. Edit > Configure custom actions...
  2. Select Open Terminal Here.
  3. Click on the gear symbol in the horizontal icon menu on the right.
  4. In the Command field, add --maximize after exo-open --working-directory %f --launch TerminalEmulator.
  5. Click OK.
