Keyboard shortcut to open Xfce Terminal Emulator maximized

1. Go to Settings > Keyboard > Application Shortcuts.
2. Select xfce4-terminal command and then click on the Edit button near the bottom of the window.
3. Set command to xfce4-terminal --maximize and click on OK button.
