Chicken Fried Rice

  1. In a large wok, add vegetable oil and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
  2. Add in the chicken and cook until lightly brown and cooked throughout.
  3. Remove and set aside.
  4. Pour sesame oil in the bottom.
  5. Add white onion, broccoli, peas and carrots and fry until tender.
  6. Add the rice and chicken to the veggie mix.
  7. Pour the soy sauce (2-3 tablespoons) on top.
  8. Stir and fry the rice and veggie mixture until heated through and combined.
  9. Add chopped green onions if desired.
