Dump and Bake Chicken Pot Pie Pasta

Ingredients

  • UNDILUTED can (10.5 oz/284 mL) of condensed cream of celery soup (1)
  • milk (1/2 cup)
  • chicken broth (1/2 cup)
  • dried thyme leaves (1/2 teaspoon)
  • diced onion (1/2 cup)
  • chicken breast (1/2 lb)
  • uncooked rotini pasta (1 1/2 cup (4.5 oz))
  • frozen mixed vegetables (1 cup)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together condensed soup, milk, chicken broth, and thyme. Stir in onion, raw chicken, and uncooked pasta.
  3. Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish. Cover tightly and bake for 30 minutes.
  4. Remove foil and stir in the frozen mixed vegetables.
  5. Cover with foil, return to the oven and bake, covered, for 25-30 more minutes, or until pasta is tender and chicken is cooked through.
