Easy No-Bake Nutella Cheesecake
Ingredients, Filling
- cream cheese (500 grams)
- Nutella (450 grams)
- heavy cream (400 mL)
- powdered sugar (80 grams)
NOTE: Cream cheese should be at room temperature: it will mix more easily and set better.
Ingredients, Topping
- 150 grams Nutella or other choclate spread (melted)
Instructions
- Pour your heavy cream into a large bowl and whip it to soft peaks.
- In a separate bowl, add your cream cheese, Nutella, and powdered sugar and whisk until smooth.
- Fold your whipped cream into the bowl with the Nutella and cream cheese. Mix until the ingredients combine but make sure not to overmix — this can make your filling runny.
- Scoop your filling onto the Oreo/Graham cracker base and smooth it out to the edges.
- Refrigerate for at least six hours (leave in fridge overnight for best results).
- To finish, pour the melted Nutella over your filling and smooth it out.
