Thai Red Curry Shrimp
Ingredients
- coconut milk (400 mL can)
- Thai red curry paste (1 - 2 tablespoons)
- fish sauce (1 - 2 tablespoons)
- brown sugar (2 tablespoons)
- frozen peas (1/2 cup)
- water (1/3 cup)
- fresh shrimp (250 grams)
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, simmer coconut milk with paste.
- Add fish sauce, brown sugar, frozen peas, and water.
- Simmer 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Add shrimp and continue cooking 3 to 5 minutes until shrimp are cooked.
