Thai Red Curry Shrimp

Ingredients

  • coconut milk (400 mL can)
  • Thai red curry paste (1 - 2 tablespoons)
  • fish sauce (1 - 2 tablespoons)
  • brown sugar (2 tablespoons)
  • frozen peas (1/2 cup)
  • water (1/3 cup)
  • fresh shrimp (250 grams)

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, simmer coconut milk with paste.
  2. Add fish sauce, brown sugar, frozen peas, and water.
  3. Simmer 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
  4. Add shrimp and continue cooking 3 to 5 minutes until shrimp are cooked.
