Tuna Noodle Casserole

Ingredients

  • Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (1 10 1/2 ounce can (284 mL))
  • milk (1/2 cup)
  • chopped pimiento (optional) (2 tablespoons)
  • frozen green peas (1 cup)
  • tuna in water, drained (2 cans)
  • medium egg noodles, cooked and drained (4 ounces (113 grams))
  • plain dry bread crumbs (2 tablespoons)
  • butter, melted (1 tablespoon)

  1. Heat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Stir the soup, milk, pimientos, if desired, peas, tuna and noodles in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
  3. Stir the bread crumbs and butter in a small bowl.
  4. Bake the tuna mixture for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbling. Stir the tuna mixture.
  5. Sprinkle with the bread crumb mixture.
  6. Bake for 5 minutes or until the bread crumb mixture is golden brown.
