    • just checked total loonies: total on hand, 65, matches record
    • substituting two $20 bills (i.e., $40) for 40 loonies
    • THERE ARE NOW 16 LOONIES ON HAND
  • at some point I'm pretty sure I exchanged loonies for a bill ($5 or $10 -- not sure)
  • Tue, Sep 18, 2018: took $5 bill from current 7th to pay for Chase the Ace and need to replace it
  • Sun, Oct 07, 2018: paid the $5 back from Tue, Sep 18, 2018
  • Thu, Oct 18, 2018: exchanged all 24 loonies and 4 quarters from the 'new' 7th for a $20 bill and a $% bill
  • Fri, Oct 19, 2018: deposited $123.05 into Windsor Group TD account5
  • Dec 18, 2018: Tyler L. opened and chaired meeting. 7th is documented in the log as being $10.75 but, for reasons I will describe below, may have been $10.80.
  • Jan 01, 2019: Al Q. opened and chaired meeting. 7th is documented in the log as being $5.25.
  • Wed, Jan 09, 2019: Al Q. brought me 7th from Dec 18, 2018 and Jan 01, 2019 meetings in an envelope with a note that says "7th -> 9.75 $" on one line and then below that "Jan 1st/2019 5.25 $" which should total $15 but envelope actually contains $16.80 in the following denominations:
    • $5 bill = 3 ($15.00/$15.00)
    • loonie = 1 ($1.00/$16.00)
    • quarters = 2 ($0.50/$16.50)
    • dimes = 2 ($0.20/$16.70)
    • nickles = 2 ($0.10/$16.80)
  • Fri, Jan 11, 2019: for record keeping purposes I have decided to enter into the database a total of $11.00 for Dec 18, 2018 ($5 bill x 2; loonie x 1) a total of $5.80 for Jan 09 ($5 x 1; quarters x 2; dimes x 2; nickles x 2
  • Thu, Jan 17, 2019: reconciled 7th on hand with info in database for October 23 to present
    • there were discrepancies with three denominations: twoonies (9 on hand versus 11 in database); loonies (27 on hand versus 25 in database; quarters (74 on hand versus 70 in database)
    • to reconcile the 7th on hand with the info in the database I: replaceed two loonies from the 7th with one of my twoonies; I took the four excess quarters out of the 7th and replaced them with another one of my twoonies
    • 7th on hand now matches info in database:
      • $5 = 5 ($25)
      • $2 = 11 ($22)
      • $1 = 25 ($25)
      • $0.25 = 70 ($17.50)
      • $0.10 = 72 ($7.20)
      • $0.05 = 35 ($1.75)
    • total = $98.45
